Dies dient dazu, die Treibhausgasemissionen zu reduzieren. Damit Biokraftstoffe Treibhausgasemissionen reduzieren k\u00f6nnen, ohne die Umwelt oder soziale Nachhaltigkeit negativ zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen, m\u00fcssen sie nachhaltig produziert und strengen Vorgaben entsprechen.<br>\nF\u00fcr ungemischte FAME (Fetts\u00e4uremethylester) Dieselkraftstoff sowie f\u00fcr bestimmte h\u00f6herwertige Biodiesel-Mischungen muss die europ\u00e4ische Dieselkraftstoffspezifikation EN 14214 erf\u00fcllen und eine minimale Oxidationsstabilit\u00e4t aufweisen.  <\/p>\n<p>Um bis 2020 die EU-Vorschriften f\u00fcr Biodiesel- und Diesel-Kraftstoffmischungen zu erf\u00fcllen, hat Rodanco den <strong>Antioxidant AO1202<\/strong> entwickelt, der vollst\u00e4ndig EN 14214 entspricht und den No-Harm-Test f\u00fcr Oxidationsstabilisatoren bestand, der von AGQM, dem deutschen Biodiesel-Qualit\u00e4tsmanagementverband durchgef\u00fchrt wurde. Daher werden immer mehr Stabilisatoren f\u00fcr Biodiesel als Mischungskomponente eingesetzt, um eine ausreichende Oxidationsstabilit\u00e4t des Endbrennstoffs zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Nicht-Schadens-Test<br>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrzlich hat AGQM seine 13<sup>.<\/sup> Runde von Nicht-Schaden-Tests an Oxidationsstabilisatoren f\u00fcr Biodiesel abgeschlossen, die in Dieselkraftstoff oder Heiz\u00f6l verwendet werden. Der No Harm-Test von Oxidationsstabilisatoren enth\u00e4lt ein Testverfahren zur Bestimmung der relativen Effizienz gegen\u00fcber Butylhydroxytoluol (BHT) in verschiedenen Szenarien. <\/p>\n<p>Rodancos Biodieseladditiv <strong>Antioxidant AO1202<\/strong> bestand <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agqm-biodiesel.com\/en\/news\/press\/two-antioxidants-passed-agqm-no-harm-test\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">erfolgreich den Nicht-Schaden-Test f\u00fcr Biodiesel als Mischkomponente im Dieselkraftstoff<\/a><\/strong><\/em>. Rodancos gelistetes Biodiesel-Zusatzmittel <strong>Antioxidant AO1202<\/strong> sowie eine Beschreibung der Testverfahren sind auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agqm-biodiesel.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><strong>der Website von AGQM<\/strong><\/em><\/a> zu finden. <\/p>\n<p><strong>AGQM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AGQM wurde 1999 gegr\u00fcndet und hat das Ziel, ein Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement f\u00fcr f\u00fchrende Biodieselproduzenten, H\u00e4ndler und Formulierer bereitzustellen. Die Testverfahren von AGQM stellen eine sichere Zugabe von Antioxidans zu Biodiesel oder Heiz\u00f6l sicher, ohne negative Wechselwirkungen zwischen Kraftstoff und Zusatzstoffen. Eine B10-Mischung wird verwendet, um Antioxidantien f\u00fcr das Gemisch in Dieselkraftstoff zu testen, und B20 wird verwendet, um Antioxidantien f\u00fcr Biodieselmischungen im Heiz\u00f6l zu testen.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcberarbeitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mit der \u00dcberarbeitung von EN 14214 (EN 14214:2010) im Jahr 2012 erh\u00f6hten sich die Anforderungen an die Oxidationsstabilit\u00e4t von 6 h wie im vorherigen Standard festgelegten auf 8 Stunden gem\u00e4\u00df der neuen Norm EN 14214:2012. Diese \u00c4nderung f\u00fchrte zu entsprechenden Folgen hinsichtlich der erforderlichen erreichbaren Oxidationsstabilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr den No-Harm-Test. Seit 2013 besteht die Anforderung des No-Harm-Tests, dass eine minimale Oxidationsstabilit\u00e4t von 8 Stunden + 1 h durch Additivierung erreicht werden muss. Das Erreichen einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Stunde soll dem Kunden beispielsweise eine sichere Zeitreserve f\u00fcr m\u00f6gliche Stabilit\u00e4tsverluste durch Kontakt mit Sauerstoff w\u00e4hrend des Transports oder l\u00e4ngeren Lagerzeiten bieten.
